Team Orders is a custom apparel company, we do not carry any merchandise in our facility. Each store is personalized and each order is fulfilled to the customer specifications. It is for these reasons that we DO NOT offer REFUNDS, RETURNS, or EXCHANGES of any kind. So please, before placing your order, double and triple check that everything is correct including sizes, colors, logo choice, spelling of names and numbers for personalization. If you have any questions please call us and we will do our best to answer them for you. We appreciate your understanding.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped directly to the customer.

PRODUCTION

All orders will be completed by production within 3 weeks AFTER the closing date on the store.

PERSONALIZATION

All personalization will appear on the sleeve unless otherwise stated in the product description.
