WHAT IS PRE-GRIT?
Pre-GRIT are one-hour training sessions designed to introduce new members of the GRIT community, like you, to our training methodology. Pre-GRIT gives our coaches dedicated time for teaching you the mechanics, skills and movements you'll be expected to perform in regular training sessions. We also want to get to know you, your strengths and weaknesses, your knowledge of the game and your unique goals. And your first session is free!
Efficient training sessions
When our coaches spend valuable training time demonstrating foundational movements to newcomers, established players miss out. Especially when we spend 15 minutes of a training session teaching the new guy what a dip is. Or a sway. Or a step-back. Our pre-requisite program helps keep our regular sessions efficient, which is good for everyone in the GRIT community. Our advanced players were once new to the program, too!
At Pre-GRIT, we demonstrate how to effectively execute movements and skills so when you show up to training, you're:
