WEEKLY TRAINING SESSIONS
Ready to take your game to the next level? Want to get off the bench or stay off the bench? You'll need to work on your game outside of team practices and games. That's where we come in.
We offer weekly group training sessions for boys and girls year-round: pre-season, in-season, and post-season. There are two 1.5 hour sessions, one for 4th to 9th graders and another for 10th through college. Check our calendar or sign up below to receive the schedule by email.
Drop-in price for a session is $40. We also offer monthly and 10-session memberships along with semi-private training. Check our membership options and pricing.
FREE PRE-GRIT SESSION
If you're new to GRIT, we offer a free one-hour Pre-GRIT session. We'd love to have you join our growing GRIT Basketball family. See you at the gym!
Need a little more focus on you? Getting ready for a school team or AAU tryout and trying to get an edge on the competition? Our semi-private lessons will accelerate your progress as we focus on specific areas of your game and work on the details.
These lessons are limited to 4 players divided by age and skill level. (Often there are fewer than 4 players at these sessions.) Two experienced GRIT coaches will be there to give you the extra time - and attention - that you need.

If you're new to the GRIT Basketball program, your first Pre-GRIT session is on us! Pre-GRIT sessions allow you to get a feel for our training and us to get to know you. We look forward to meeting you and welcoming you into the GRIT Family!
